Front Shoulder Stretch- Stand up straight with legs wide apart.
- Grasp your hands behind your back.
- Slowly stretch your arms and lift your hands upward.
Back Shoulder Stretch- Stand up straight with legs wide apart.
- Cross your arm across your body at shoulder level. Using the other arm, pull the crossed arm towards the other shoulder.
- Repeat using the other arm.

Helpful tips
- Wear loose-fitting clothes during exercise.
- Do warm-up exercises before and cool-down exercises after a program. Walk a few minutes at an easy pace to warm up and cool down.
- Stop stretching your muscles if you are feeling pain. You may feel slight discomfort when stretching, but you should never have sharp pains.
