- Ice cream
- Cake, cookies, chocolate
- Gravy
- Salad dressing, mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Jam, jelly, syrup

High-Protein Foods: ‚
- Cheese, cottage cheese
- Milk, soy milk, milk powder
- Eggs
- Yogurt
- Nuts, seeds
