Stay away from people or places where you are most likely to drink. Avoid going to bars and clubs. Do not hang out with friends who are drinking. Hang out with those who can support you.Throw away any alcoholic drinks at home. Do not allow your family and friends to store their drinks at home.Stop drinking alcohol as soon as you find out you are pregnant. The sooner you stop drinking, the better the chance of preventing harm to your babys health.If you want to get pregnant and cannot stop drinking, ask for help.
