Ceruloplasmin

Major copper-carrying protein in the blood. Anα-2 globulin, it plays a role in both iron and copper metabolism. Other names: CP, ferroxidase, iron(II):oxygen oxidoreductase.

Normal range: 22 " “58 mg/dL.
